Who says compassion can’t be found in New York City? Turns out that commuter trains in NYC leave an extra minute later than the scheduled time, just to give harried commuters a little more time to make catch the train if they’re running late. Since that can mean the difference between being home for dinner with the family or trying to get by on leftovers, one minute cna mean a lot!
